    3. Local recommendations (restaurants, shops, services)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The platform is not a booking portal<\/strong>, but merely provides the technical infrastructure for direct contact between visitors and hosts.<\/p>\n

      The platform assumes no liability<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n

      • the actual availability of the accommodation<\/li>\n
      • the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of listings<\/li>\n
      • communication or contractual agreements between guests and hosts<\/li>\n
      • damages, defects, or disputes related to the use of the accommodation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3. Registration<\/h2>\n

        Registration is required to use certain functions (creating listings, submitting inquiries, booking photographers).<\/p>\n

        The user undertakes to:<\/p>\n

        • not create multiple or fake accounts<\/li>\n
        • keep access data confidential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          We reserve the right to block or delete user accounts at any time without stating reasons, in particular in cases of:<\/p>\n

          • spam<\/li>\n
          • violations of these T&Cs<\/li>\n

            4. Host Listings<\/h2>\n

            • the legal right to rent out the property<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              The platform assumes no responsibility for incorrect information. Listings may be blocked or deleted at any time.<\/p>\n

              5. Photographer Service<\/h2>\n

              Hosts may book professional photo shoots for their property via the platform.<\/p>\n

              The following conditions apply:<\/p>\n

              • The assignment is carried out by an affiliated photographer<\/li>\n
              • The images are provided to the host without usage restrictions<\/li>\n
              • The platform is not liable for delays, scheduling issues, or image quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                6. Fees and Payments<\/h2>\n

                • availability of the platform<\/li>\n
                • losses caused by errors, delays, interruptions, or viruses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  8. Data Protection<\/h2>\n
