Within just a few steps, you reach Piazza Colombo and the famous Teatro Ariston, situated along the lively shopping street with cafés, boutiques and restaurants. The sea is also close by: after around 400 metres, you are already on the sandy beach enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.

The apartment offers a high level of comfort for up to four adult guests and is the perfect base for relaxing holidays on the Riviera dei Fiori. Modern and well maintained, it is located on the 4th floor and is easily accessible thanks to the elevator. Bright rooms, thoughtfully designed interiors, and a peaceful atmosphere ensure that you feel at home from the very first moment.

The bright living area provides ample space for up to four adult guests. A comfortable sofa bed and a dining table for four create a welcoming atmosphere – ideal for unwinding after an eventful day in Sanremo.

The fully equipped kitchen is functional and invites you to cook at your leisure. Here, you can easily prepare fresh ingredients from the local market. Amenities include a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, as well as dishes and cooking utensils. For hygiene reasons, we do not provide food or spices.

The bedroom is quietly located and offers a relaxing retreat. A comfortable double bed with freshly made linens and a spacious wardrobe ensure restful nights and plenty of storage space during your stay.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, bidet, and glass shower. The apartment’s location is ideal: Sanremo train station can be reached on foot in around ten minutes, and the nearest international airport is in Nice. Thanks to the central location, you can explore Sanremo comfortably on foot, without the need for a car.
