1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between the platform visit-sanremo.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”, “we”, “us”) and registered users (hereinafter “Users”, “Hosts”, “Customers”). The platform is operated by [insert operator].

These T&Cs apply to all functions of the platform, in particular:

  • Creating and managing a user account
  • Publishing holiday apartment listings by hosts
  • Inquiry and contact functions for guests
  • Use of the photographer booking service
  • Use of further future services

By registering on the platform, the user expressly accepts these T&Cs.

2. Description of Services

Visit-sanremo.com is an online platform for facilitating:

  1. Contact between holiday apartment guests and private hosts (direct inquiries)
  2. Additional services such as professional property photography
  3. Local recommendations (restaurants, shops, services)

The platform is not a booking portal, but merely provides the technical infrastructure for direct contact between visitors and hosts.

The platform assumes no liability for:

  • the actual availability of the accommodation
  • the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of listings
  • communication or contractual agreements between guests and hosts
  • damages, defects, or disputes related to the use of the accommodation

3. Registration

Registration is required to use certain functions (creating listings, submitting inquiries, booking photographers).

The user undertakes to:

  • provide complete and accurate information
  • not create multiple or fake accounts
  • keep access data confidential

We reserve the right to block or delete user accounts at any time without stating reasons, in particular in cases of:

  • misuse
  • spam
  • violations of these T&Cs
  • illegal content

4. Host Listings

Hosts may advertise holiday apartments for mediation.

The host is responsible for:

  • the accuracy of the content provided
  • the up-to-date status of all information (price, availability, amenities)
  • the legal right to rent out the property

The platform assumes no responsibility for incorrect information. Listings may be blocked or deleted at any time.

5. Photographer Service

Hosts may book professional photo shoots for their property via the platform.

The following conditions apply:

  • The assignment is carried out by an affiliated photographer
  • The images are provided to the host without usage restrictions
  • The platform is not liable for delays, scheduling issues, or image quality

6. Fees and Payments

Currently, use of the platform is free of charge for guests and hosts, unless services are explicitly marked as chargeable (e.g. photographer service, mediation fees).

We reserve the right to introduce fee models in the future. Users will be informed in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

No liability is assumed for:

  • content provided by hosts
  • technical disruptions
  • availability of the platform
  • losses caused by errors, delays, interruptions, or viruses

8. Data Protection

The separate Privacy Policy applies. By registering, the user agrees to the data processing described therein.

9. Amendments to the T&Cs

We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the operator.
